Refund Policy - the basics

At Carla Meyer Coaching, we are committed to providing exceptional coaching services to help you achieve your goals. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy. Below are the key points of our refund policy:

• Coaching Sessions (Individual or Group):

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase, provided the coaching session has not yet taken place.

  • Partial refunds (50% of the session fee) may be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled session.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before a scheduled session or for no-shows.

• Non-Refundable Services:

  • One-time consultation calls or assessments are non-refundable once completed.

  • Customized coaching plans or materials prepared specifically for a client are non-refundable.

General

• Exceptions: In cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or unforeseen emergencies), we may consider refund requests outside the standard policy at our discretion. Please provide relevant documentation when submitting such requests.

• Currency and Fees: All refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase. Any transaction fees (e.g., credit card or payment processing fees) are non-refundable.
